Terms of Service

Webb Digital Ventures LLC.

1. The service. BalancedRows converts bank statement PDFs into spreadsheet and import files and checks that balances tie out.
2. Your responsibility. You must have the right to upload the statements you submit. You are responsible for reviewing output before using it in books, filings or tax returns. Flagged rows and failed balance checks mean the output needs review.
3. Plans and billing. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Page allowances reset each billing month and do not roll over. Pages from statements that fail the balance check are not counted. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use. No automated abuse, reverse engineering, or uploading files you are not authorized to process.
5. No warranty. The service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before a claim.
6. Changes. We may update these terms and will post the new date here.
